I would clify you as normal if, of course, you leave driving out of the equation. I am very fit, I watch what I eat, drink plenty of water and I am very active and aim for at least eight hours of shuteye per night. I have a great job, lots of pals and a great romantic relationship. Quite honestly, things couldn't be better. I consume at least eight-ten beers per night. Beer helps me sleep soundly and helps me to relax. So cheers to you my friend!
