What without the: IRS, EPA, Dept.of Ed., Dept. of Health, Dept. of tobacco& firearms, WICS, TARP, Grants, Stimulus, Food Stamps, ETC. hell, is it any wonder they lived or moved west without our wonderful, benevolent government.....
