Could I have diabetes?

hi, for the last couple of days I have been feeling kind of droopy and drowsy and very light headed an extremely thirsty and i use the bathroom more than 20 times a day and i wake up constantly at night. My mom has diabetes so did her mom and my aunts and uncles when she was diagnosed her blood sugar was well over 300 and i was wondering if that's what could be wrong with me an if i should see the docter soon. I just havent been feeling myself lately. Im constantly tired,nauseated,urinating alot,dizzy, lighted,cranky when i was sitting in the chair yesterday at the computer, i fell completely onto the ground because everything got blurry and the room was spinning i just want to know what's going on and if I should see a docter and what are the signs that my blood sugar is dangerously rising or dropping.
