Could my worst headache ever be bacterial menigitis?

i had a almost explosive headache all over my head 3days ago wet to hospital ,did a ctscan said no bleeds, and blew it off as a migrane,ido get migranes and this was nothing like any before.i now have severe pain esp. i the base of my neck across my forehead and temples
