What's this song that I heard on the radio? (serious question)?

I'm sure you've heard it. I bet everyone has. It's an instrumental. It sounds like it would be from the 50's or 60's. It's been used on like a million commercials. In the intro there's this keyboard riff and at the end of every bar there's a single guitar chord. I know this is the worst but it goes like "dada dada dadaaada DUN" where DUN is the guitar chord and the dadadas are the keyboard riff part and it repeats that bar as the sort of rhythm background for the whole song. It kinda sounds like being in a brand new Cadillac. The song starts with a keyboard solo and then there's two guitar solos. And that's about all I've got... :( Any idea what I'm talking about?
