Help with my wedding location!!!!!?

My fianc� and I are getting married on 10/30/10. We are looking to do a Halloween themed wedding. More like a spooky Halloween party. I am trying desperately to find the right place for this. I was hoping for an abandoned warehouse but can't seem find a way to rent one. Shhould be about 125 people. Any thoughts on a different location idea or how I can rent a spooky location would be appreciated. Also I am located near Syracuse NY. Thank you!
