Think im pregnant. help?

im 17, i think im pregnant, buh im not sure, i think its 2 early 2 take a test... i am overlly tired all the time, my are reli sore and ive been gettin a pain on the left hand side of my stomach,, i dont knw wht ta do, is this signs of pregnancy?? plz help me.. i have been goin with my bf 2 years now and we r engaged, he z if im pregnant he will b with me 100%,, sum1 plz help me... xox
