Can my dad see the websites I have been to?

Ok I have been watching on MY LAPTOP. I did it all summer and never got caught once. Every time i finished i would delete my history and reset safari. One day when I was done my dad came in my room later that night and said son dont watch it shows up on my IP address. Is he bluffing? Can he really see if I have been watching or not from his computer? Also I am 18 but my parents have always had strict guidelines (I cant wait till I go to college).
