Child Support in Alabama?

Im about to file for child support from my babys father, he hasnt seen her in 10mos (she's 14mos now) and has never given her a dime! he left a message on my phone saying that "that's not my baby, she ain't sh*t to do with me", and he said she was my current b/f's baby, which he is her "daddy" but not biologically. if i file for CS could i use that message against him so he couldn't get visitation?
