Is it normal if my heart rate (pulse) is fluctuating as fallows?

Hey, I used my moms blood monitor to check my blood pressure which is normal 108 62, though I tried to measure good few times and I saw that my pulse is fluctuate eg. One time I measure heart rate shows 77 another time I measure it shows 79, then I measure it again i is 80 , then again 77 etc. Is this mean I have some form of arrhythmia? Or that is normal.. And its really always like that. Thanks (Its probably my anxiety though)
