Is there a lock i can put on a Power Cord?

My grandmother keeps going around and trying to pull my laptop cord from the wall while it is charging. I have told her not too touch it on many occasions. But she does it anyway. is there a kind of lock i can place on it that will stop her from doing that? (she has dementia so reasoning with her is kind of out of the question.)
