What is this if you disagree with me you must be evil mentality in the USA today? Health care...?

A cogent discussion of the issue. The one aspect of the debate, from either perspective, is an absence of the medical doctor community and the malpractice plaintiffs' bar review as an appropriate areas for real and lasting cost controls. Instead, the public loves to focus on the insurers who deny a diagnostic procedure. I don't suggest that there are good guys and bad guys. It just seem to be a real world view that anyone who can bill a third party without serious question is going to wear out the MRI machines, etc.
