Whats your chance of getting in if your deferred from UNC chapel hill ?

I also applied to UNC-Chapel Hill this year and have researched the school a lot! They take roughly 82% of their students from instate, leaving about 700 spots for out of state and international students. Each year they take 50 international students. Many athletes are from out of state as well. On the Deferred Q and A page it says they deferred over 2,400 students last year and accepted 428. This year they planned to defer more. It also goes on to say that while they wish to offer you admission, they advise you to make other colleges available to you. I hate to be the bad guy but the chances are better than being rejected but not as good as you would hope for.
