How can I clean/disinfect fabric that I cant put in a washing machine? Is there something I can spray on it?

Im getting a used love seat in a day or so. it looks like it's in good condition but i'm still a bit wary. I read that lysol is just for hard surfaces, so what can I use to clean and disinfect the couch?
