Ladies, does it REALLY piss you off when a guy asks if he can kiss you?

I'm a male and based in my experience it really does turn off girl, even tho they don't tell it to us to avoid awkwardness. Women/Girls/Ladies loves the element of surprise. As long as you don't look like you kiss them out of nowhere without indirectly telling it to them(body language, play talk, movie cinema date, stuck in a room with only the two of you and a bed wtf it's obvious dumbnuts ((: .. )
